Structure characteristic

Main structure includes bottom frame, electric cam controller, electric hydraulic thrust brake, gear box, rope drum, electric motor, wire rope and so on. Electromotor drive is transferred to gear box by elastic coupling, gears drive rope drum positive and negative rotate.

Running and stop of rope drum is finished by electric hydraulic thrust brake, electric hydraulic thrust brake and electromotor work in-phase, when power turns off or looses, can brake rope drum, working fast, safe.

The rope drum of electric winch, if the wire rope is short, there are some grooves, if the wire rope is very long, the drum is smooth.

The driven motor of electric winch, the insulation grade is F, the protection class is IP54, or higher standards.
